The extra min was just a bonus. Not really a big deal breaker or anything.

I kind of have mixed feelings about the seasonal bonus thing.
Yeah it is nice to have... but in order to enjoy the maximum comfort you need to cheat or play a single map for a year of real world time.

That may work for some people who just build the same place up. Then making the game uplayable due to lag etc. due to all the instances.

If you keep making new worlds then all you can enjoy is what is being done at the time. It kind of creates a disparity. At this point the difference is 2 mins but if they keep adding new seasonal comfort items the disparity would just increase to a point it would become significant. So keeping it to the xmas tree and maypole is probably a good idea.
