you pressed one of the function keys F1 etc.; they display various kinds of information in a DOS like format; don't know what they all mean but perhaps someone
will elaborate on that.
anyway the function keys act as a toggle on/off

seeing as you're playing MyTaP now; the 'shell' should gone when you start Valheim again
