For people wondering if the root chest piece is worth it in the plains, when I get hit by a mosquito in full padded armor, it hits for about 20. With the root chest piece in place of the padded chest, it hits for about 5.

Also, I believe that the magic set is the Mistlands light armor. I wouldn't expect to get a third set there.

Added: It would be great if the light plains armor gives stamina regen, or a stamina reduction for jumping. That would be very helpful in Mistlands.
