kinda, Certain items suppress spawns in a radius around them. You need to fill out an entire area with beds, benches, or campfires. This would stop mobs from spawning when the raid happens. However your are talking a 150 meter circle around your base with enough items that every inch is covered by their area of effect radius. So um Good Luck
