I had issues with hoe and valheim plus until i disabled this entire section of valheim plus: [FreePlacementRotation]

I also use the Hoe Radius mod ( https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/1199 ) which is working fine also does cultivator aswell.

I would also suggest disabling the first person cam and inventory changes v+ makes and use alternative mods for those if you so desire.
