I had this problem earlier, the problem is that not all of the world files are on your computer, it’s saving some of them to the cloud and just combining them when you load the world. Load up the game and go to manage saves and make sure all parts of the world you’re trying to load are set to local instead of cloud. Then move them all to the correct folder and start the server.
