I played the game through twice fully and found Bonemass to be the most difficult, even more so after one of the updates where arrows ended up doing less damage to him. You can post up in a tree with 2 finewood bows or a Draugr Fang and workbench and just let loose with around 150 frost arrows if Bonemass gives you trouble.
