I love to build into the ocean.
In the right place, you can build very far out, seeing giant waves, and storms just below your houses floorboards. Built on stilts of course (foundation columns).
Very relaxing visuals, and ive been able to camp sea monsters sometimes, if you build in the right place :).
It forces you to think outside the box when creating ocean buildings. Highly recommend it.

Also like to build large bridges and waterways /canals. Sadly the game runs like a$$ when i do. so i had to stop :(

Not a fan of the mods currently, their all pretty amateur, and fairly buggy.
Not to mention break every update, which is to be expected do to EA.
