Oh no... wait... I have found the culprit. I use devcommands when I play. I like to change evironment settings sometimes (I don't like the flashy thunderstorms)
And sometimes I use TOD (time of day) setting to keep it daytime while I'm building.

So using tod to set it to daytime causes this (It didn't used to).
Letting the time of day cycle normally doesn't appear to. When I reset TOD and go in during actual day time, it looks normal.
