I've had multiple troll raids on my Plains base. Troll raids are never a problem once you reach iron. You can go toe to toe with them after that. Just meet them outisde.

As for raids. I like and enjoy the ones that exist and their random timing. Even the "You Are Being Hunted" one has caused so panicking but hilarious moments in the Plains.

There is definitely a problem with the algorithm though. Raids type should be more random and no raid should go away after your progression. I'd love to see boars and necks still attack and laugh.
