I find planting/harvesting the barley much worse... position and click 350 times to plant, then 350 times to harvest, every 3 game days.

I try to time my cauldron cooking around my baking and serpent meat roasting. Can't exactly leave to do other things with meat roasting and pies baking, so it is a natural time to use the cauldron.

Dude, when it comes to harvesting barley and flax, just use the secondary attack of an Atgeir. It reaps(literally) a circle of the harvestable. I've tried it and can confirm it makes harvesting barley and flax a breeze.

Never tried it on seed plants though.....
