I've seen several. Just some examples:
No Smoke[valheim.thunderstore.io]
No Smoke-Stay Lit[valheim.thunderstore.io] for those who also want to cheese the fuel requirements.
Smoke Collission[valheim.thunderstore.io] - This one lets you customize a lot of the variables associated with smoke, rather than removing it entirely.

I have no idea how the smoke debuff is with each version, as I don't use any of them. I imagine at least the last one preserves the debuff.
