Nah you just dont get the rework and how important food tier is now , you really need eat biome tier food to fight same biome because new hp/block system , with less you will have a really bad time , cant go to the plains with swamp food anymore , armor just help to resist but is a 50/50 now with the food and shielding
Hp/hp/stam is the type of food to fight the same biome with meele, stam/stam/hp for kite/bow/exploring/work
