Without knowing what you mean by "one of everything" it's impossible to tell. My guess is you've put something in that has a lower comfort bonus than another one of its kind (i.e., a bed instead of a dragon bed). They've made a couple tweaks to the comfort system but nothing major, I don't think. Compare your items to this list:
