Well, there ARE two variants of the Stone Golem. One has a spike arm and the other more of a sledgehammer. Pretty sure they both do the same damage but I find the spike variant a bit easier to deal with. As for food, Wolf Jerky is indeed a good general food. 33 Health and 33 Stamina. Wolf meat is easy to come by and everyone should have a few beehives for farming honey. I don't bother with Boar Jerky because I'd rather make Sausages with Boar Meat. I recommend Eyescream as a primary Stamina food just because Greydwarf Eyes are extremely easy to come by and Drakes, while much less common are loud and you know when they're about. They're also easy to kill. If you have a Draugr Fang, sniping with wood arrows is a one-shot kill. Two if they are alerted and their attacks are more bark than bite. Apologies for getting side-tracked but doesn't it seem like grabbing a Dragon Egg should result in say, three Drakes spawning in response?
