As it says, thats "previous" patch... to whatever everybody else is playing. The "beta" is named "public test". You have picked the wrong thing.

Still this definitely should not occur on previous (default_old)... but maybe rolling back a patch did something unexpected, try throwing out every bolt you have and making new ones, chances are some of the stacks you have in inventory are just bugged (by being from later patch for example).

I stay one step behind in order for my text mods to 'keep up'. AS bugs go, this one is pretty minor.
