I killed her using the Mistwalker and the Bonemass power. All i did was lure lure her to the entrance and if my health got low, i would go outside and heal up and head right back at it. Sometimes when you re-enter the lair she would phase thru the entrance walls and you could get some free hits on her. I just kept repeating it until she was dead
