hunh ; the only other thing I can think of is that there is no <space> before '-console'
(or maybe there is a space; either/or)

uninstalling sure should fix it but maybe you should check the directory and make sure
there isn't some file left from a mod?

your saves should be safe in their appdata directory but maybe you should make
a copy to be sure

at least it's a small download compared with some other games...
