Make sure you set your windows Graphics powerplan in the display settings for valheim to run on the Nvdia GPU as well as add valheim into the control panel for nvdia and set it to use the Nvdia GPU. My guy, games don't control temperatures, the amount of stress on your hardware does. Either limit the power draw to your CPU, force it to not overclock or get better cooling.
