Killing Floor - first one. Solid game.
Payday 2 - Good game but does have some minor bugs. Value? Get it on sale.
Blood and Bacon - Goofy fun family co-op good value.
Other co-op games I would recommend are probably too old and no player base.
Could suggest more single player titles but that isn't what you asked for.
