There are three areas still to come. Ashlands, Deep North and ocean. these will all be big updates the next one is Ashlands. You are looking at 8-12 months or so for that update. Then another 8-12 months for each of those so.. 3 years or so.. it should be completed. Ocean will be in there somewhere.

Based on their recent twitter post, it seems Ashlands is their next biome update. Though Ashlands does look like a very interesting biome.
