Running and swimming both been lvling them in my characters and ive seen absolutely NO DIFFERENCE having lvls or not having lvls. I doubt the skills work in other than the Weapon skills ... Even with Mining skill, it does absolutely no difference when mining. Same with woodcutting.
The only skills ive seen being useful has been weapon skills and even them barely any change.
