For vanilla, G-Portal does the job for me very well 2 times now.
Easy to pay with PayPal and uncomplicated to quit.
Plus a good FTP-solution and good/quick support.

No matter which provider you choose, but if you want to host a server with more than 3 players:

- go to Google and type "server lag fix valheim"
- go to the first side and follow these steps
- thank me later
