That could be tricky. Maybe there's a mod to help but base game, the ward does lock doors and chests, to whoever is on the ward. So for everyone to have their own space, you would need to space them out enough that either the rooms for them aren't under your ward, or everyone has space for their own ward locked to them. The main portal would either need to have no ward, or be covered by a ward that everyone using the portal is on, since wards also lock portals (you can go through an unprotected side to a protected one, but not portal out of a protected ward, least last time i played multiplayer).
