Seems more like the devs are intent on adding "bling" content to swamp and mountains over finishing Mistlands to keep players in the game instead of going and playing something else. Pity is that if they put the effort they spent adding 2 new mobs, some drops and a low tier armor set they Mistlands would be that much closer.

They must have been so obvious that I missed them completely. Nothing that has been added since H&H has been anything that I had priviously thought "You know, the game really needs <armor, weapon, swamp mob, etc>".

But what you say also adds support to my guesstimate that it will be early Q3 2022 before we see Mistlands content. If the devs are going to split their focuse on also filling those aparent gaps you mention they won't be putting 100% effort into content for the Mistlands. Greating a mob and testing it is not as easy as some people seem to think, you hcae to great the frame, the mesh, the textures, then script all the animaiton it has, play test to ensure it isn't going to break something, etc. Similar applies to each tool or weapon. And for each mob or weapon the devs add to an old biom its time that won't be spent on a new biom.

Like I said, its just my opinion based on what looks to me like the devs just adding fluff to distract people from whats going to be a long delay until the Mistlands actually gets some palyable content. Other people will see it differently.
