I would love to see a base building co-operative RPG like this where you can build a village and NPC's move in, and they give you work to do via quests.

Building a tavern should give you daily quests.

Also, dungeons. There should be dungeons to find and pillage with your friends.

I wish this game existed. I would love to set up my own private server, and have the tools to customize things. Like the server admin is the DM of his own D&D campaign. Of course doesn't have to be branded a "D&D" game that's just the idea.
