Just to make sure, but, is this a new world generation after the mistlands went live, or an old one where you may have explored some of the mistlands?

If it's one you may have explored into the mistlands, you're going to be unlikely to find dungeons.

If it's a new one look for larger land masses of Mistlands and see if that helps, if your areas haven't been that large.
