poison resist meads, muckshakes and bloodpuddings .... if you can farm up a few of the mobs in that swamp (do your best to kite them away one at a time if possible) then craft up muckshakes and bloodpudding, great stamina buffs .. plus the poison resist mead for the blobs and oozer.

don't rush right in, take your time and have a plan so that you aren't wasting time just running around aimlessly looking for ... whatever you are looking for lol.
