I think this is conpletely an unnecessary concept if you want the game to contain a feature of building speciality there should not be any limitation except actual physical rules.
maybe they WANT that limitation there though, IronGate designs its systems specifically to force the player to think about what they are doing. would be wise to keep this in mind for all features and activities that Valheim provides :)
