I feel your pain - it was the last trophy I had to get to complete my collection. The only answer I found was to "kill lots of Stone Golems" - I killed 30+ before I got a drop

Going into the mountains at night made finding them a bit easier (for me, anyway): they stood out against the background (at a distance) a bit more clearly than in daylight. Just be careful of the rest of the wildlife...
