They are working mountain caves (dungeons for the mountains, like the earlier biomes all have). And they are also working on the next full biome release. Looking for mountain caves probably soon. Look for Mistlands probably first half of 2022.

Since Mountain "dungeons" are being worked on, I wonder if we'll get Mistlands with its own biome "dungeons", and if Plains will get some outside of villages and tar pits. (Fuling Dens? Could be neat.)
