You aren't if your pc doesnt run a 3070 or better, it's quite poorly optimized for what it is and how it looks. You can try the game once it doesnt turn your computer into a nuclear reactor

8gb ram 960GTI runs just fine. Don't know what the hell is wrong with your rig?
