I've done a lot of permadeath runs. it isn't too difficult once you get past the trees and early finewood.

The advantage now is that I have a bunch of worlds and characters at different stages of the game. I didn't delete any world or character.

So now I am going back to those worlds to bring them up to mistlands standard. It really is fun to go back with another character and "find" stuff you built. Some of these places are so many worlds ago I forgot building some stuff... most of it is "oh yeah I remember that" but some really early stuff is "wow that looks kind of odd now, I did used to build like that for a time ha ha"
