Agree. They still could. But they need better in-game security measures. Like incoming players have the ability to use items, workbenches, buildings, etc… but can’t destroy stuff, or deconstruct things unless given permission by the server owner. Also that items made by others cannot be removed from the server.

So the random griefer just uses a hoe and raises the ground, or pickaxe and lowers, fouling up existing constructions; or maybe picks up other players items and drops them in the ocean; or aggro's a Troll to bust stuff up; or...

I'm not a griefer, don't see the point, but thinking greifers aren't smart and can't find a way around just about any protection you can put in... well.. that's not smart.
