I could understand if you were talking about the Desquitos but even those are easy to tackle if you approach slowly.
I have a gut feeling that tells me you OP are going in the swamp without a rested buff and appropriate food buffs. I gone in there with troll armor and a few bronze weapons, it wasn't easy but doable.
