I did end up buying the game to give it a try,
I really like the way the survival stuff is implemented. It's not a 'eat in 10 mins or you'll die!' game which is nice. It's all basically debuffs. The game is definitely not what I thought it was, but wow it's a really nice surprise and extremely interesting. Good mix of everything and fun combat.
