Swamp is ezpz once you get an Iron-tier melee weapon, shield, and Bow.

The hardest part afterwards is simply hauling Iron back to your base for the rest of your upgrades and, lastly, Armor set. That's right, you don't even need to rush the Iron Armor set at all.. I saved it for last until I quit being super paranoid and learned how to parry. I only made it at that point because I got bored and went to the Mountains before beating Bonemass and knew Troll Leather would get me wrecked there.

I quit using Poison Resistance Mead like 45 minutes in because I learned how everything there attacked, what could poison me, and how to avoid it entirely.
