Those are draugr villages, they are great for farming entrails as they are not in the swamp so you don't get the wet debuff. Place a portal there for whenever you need some entrails quickly, just don't destroy the body piles.

For your equipment, lure them out a bit, maybe create a workbench to easily destroy some parts of the building to easily get in and out. Once you have your corpse, run.
