When having a mod issue you should always state which mods you have. But this one sounds familiar. Sounds like what a recylcing/destruction mod I had was doing. That one has been updated. So, go back and update all your stuff. If that doesn't work, disable the prime suspects one by one until you find it. (Maybe on a fresh save so you're less likely to mess up an established save.)
