Addendum -
Fires :
Players may construct a fire (standard, hearth, bonfire) given they themselves have obtained the materials to unlocks the craft-able items. They may not pick up an item someone else has obtained in order to unlock the craft-able item.
They shalt not however feed said fire with additional wood within the same day cycle as it was constructed. No more than 2 pieces (cumulative) of wood may be added to any fires withing the same day cycle.
Fishing :
A player may use the fishing pole and bait obtained from the merchant to catch fish. The gold used to purchase the rod and any bait must only be gathered from Furlings , and only Furlings that are more than 100 meters from the border of any adjacent biome. If gold is obtained from a furling that is less than 100 meters from an adjacent biome it must be destroyed. If gold is obtained from a troll, or dungeon it may be used to purchase Ymir flesh , and nothing else.
Limitations : 3 fish may be caught in any given day/night cycle - no more.
Bees :
No player may have more than one hive. Players shalt not pilfer other players hives, even if they know they probably won't notice. Honey may ONLY be harvested from said hive within 2 minutes of seeing the "day #" message.
Operating a boat ( raft, karve, long boat) :
Only the left rudder shall be permitted. Two wrongs do not make a right , but three lefts do. The sea fairing vessel may be operated at speed 2. Never at paddle, and never at full speed.
These rules do not apply when operating a boat on a land-locked man-made body of water. (see rules about modifying terrain)
Structures :
No structure shall be taller than 2 wall pieces. This includes the roof.
optional : exceptions might include the possibility for a chimney to be built higher given of course you have defeated no less that 28 trolls, and no more than 42 ( plan accordingly and keep a notepad handy)
Surtling cores used on fire :
A single surtling core may be used on a fire once every 100 days. If you joined a game on day 32 you may use a surtling core on a fire at day 132, and again at dayn 232, etc.
There are no exceptions to this rule.
Weapons :
You may craft any weapon type you like. But once you have crafted a certain weapon type that is the only type of weapon you can craft going forward.
For example if you craft a flint knife , from that point forward you may only craft knives. You may not use nor craft any other weapon type (choose wisely)
Exception : axe may be crafted in conjunction with any other locked weapon choice.
