Surprising that you haven't had a sea serpent trophy yet though, I hear the drop rate is something like 1/3. Make sure you're killing the serpents on land as the trophies sink to the bottom of the ocean like the scales do.

The draugr elite trophy took for ever for me too. I found a spawner and just murdered everything that spawned until I got one.
