if you want advice from someone who has the same problem there are 3 tips I can give you.

first build in rough terrain. let the terrain mold the curves of your house. A tree is in the way? build around it. the ground is uneven? make a staircase and connect 2 different floors, or conversely dig inside the ground and make an underground house. You're exploring and you find an abandoned house? repair it and add to it in the same style that it had.

then you can also look at the houses in All. on the steam forums. Look at what you like and what you find simple and copy it.

Look a video or tutorial, if you really want it, this one is the easiest and most boring but it'll give you the fastest results.
