you don't need to portal home to re-up your rested buff. if you simply have a "rest stop" built in strategic location along the way you shouldn't ever be without the rested buff. so yes, make sure your rested buff is topped up as much as you can.

And you see there no issue if the player need to spam bases only to circumvent the stamina ballance ?
