Searching for stuck to 30fps

Full HD stuck to 30fps, no matter what settings I use, lower resolution instant 60 fps.
@threadDid anyone have similar problem?Lower resolution doesn't change anything visually as far as i can tell, but it *f-is-a-bad-word*s up the Steam overlay.
