I am guessing due to the fact that drakes in essence cannot be prevented from entering a defensive perimeter, because they constantly roam without being aggravated, preventing drake spawn is not a gam..

Yeah, as Ryzilynt said, they're probably spawning just above the workbench's sphere, if they're spawning in the sky above you.

Yeah I see drakes reappearing it what seem to be covered spots sometimes, yet in others I see them suppressed. Do drakes have fixed spawn points? And if they do , are you sure it isn't outside of the ..

You have to click on the hammer symbol (left side middle of the workbench menu) once you use the workbench.
