I mean the in game save function. If i die or get stuck, i cannot load back to before i got stuck or died. Even if i saved minutes before it happened.

Running mods? Either update them or get rid of them if so. That's been the main cause of the game not running for most people in the past 24 hours due to the recent update.

To make progression loss as little as possible, when the game crashes, power is lost, internet connection goes off,...Then you can load the save, when you restart the game.

I love people who say they don't want mods, but what a large change in the game.... precious.But, yeah, Trolls are your harvesting buddies don't you know? Some of the best clear cutters in the game.

There is a mod that you can use to add bears to the game. But unfortunately mods tend to break when they do patches and updates (like now), I personally find the game boring without the mods.

If you really think about it, in general the game's fauna is very lacking. How many animals do we have (not including monsters here): Deer, Boar, Wolf... some fish and couple of breeds of birds. That'..

I dont see how its bad design, it forces you to travel, which is a huge part fo the game. Which honestly I think is the point as it makes it more of the viking experience.

Deliberately bypasses game design then complains about 'feel like cheating'

If I was a betting man, I'd put my money on bears inhabiting the Far North, once they get around to it.
