Nope, just ValheimPlus. I generally use it only to make the game a little harder, but also for the QOL showtime feature.

An alternative to sneaking is making a YOLO run where you just max out your hit points and charge naked at the grave marker. Provided you reach it, the corpse run buff will get you out of there alive...

The other thing that stops mobs spawning is if they're already spawned, so keeping a few locked in a pit nearby can be helpful. If noisy.
