You can play solo. You must really prepare yourself for boss battles though.

I have 800 hours of solo play. Valheim doesn't even hassle you about using a server when you first launch it. You can go straight to solo play without being aware of the multiplayer capabilities.

Learn to use the search function, this has been answered multiple times already. This update works with current worlds and explored areas.

Hiya! Yes, as others have rightly said give the base game a go first as you'll want to learn the basics first and just straight vanilla game play is best way to do this. That's my opinion at least!

Yes. I only play solo.Right now its a good game and worth a buy and you will get value for your money.Look for a good seed on youtube and there are many excellent mods that make the game play and look..

It's not a MP game, it's a co-op/solo game. There aren't any griefers, theoretically.
