Im weary about it, seems all the food we already have is Health Based and now we have to farm for all the stam stuff. Its pretty terrible if you ask me so far.

Disable them? You have to ENABLE them yourself in the launch options them to use them.

What do you mean? Just remove -console from valheim in properties. If you worry about online or playing with friends, don't. Only server host can use them.
