Sounds about normal to be fair.The 2060 will have more cores, bigger cpu more memory and running at higher speeds also draw slightly more power and give off more heat as a result :)

Ore was always portal restricted.

As far as I can tell portaling ore has been restricted since at least March 2021. The game only released a month before that, afaik ore was never teleportable.
